Educational Background:

My first two years of teaching were for the San Marcos school district. I was a Title Reading teacher for grades 1^st through 4^th. For the past five years I worked for the New Braunfels school district as a 4^th grade Bilingual teacher. Last year was my first year at CES and it was nothing short than wonderful.

Other Trainings:

Teaching Philosophy: The education of a child is in the hands of both the parent and teacher. We should support one another to help our children reach their potential.

Personal Interests/Hobbies: My children and I enjoy bike rides, going to the park and spending our summers at Schlitterbahn. My personal interest include scrapbooking and spending time with my family.

My husband, Arturo and I are truly blessed to have such loving wonderful children. Andrea will be in 6^th grade at Canyon Intermediate and Arturo "Buddy" will be a 1^st grader at CES. He is excited about being here at such a great school. Julian has entered his terrible two's and is keeping the entire family busy.
