The SAGE (Significant Activities for Generating Excellence) program offers identified gifted and talented elementary students of Comal ISD an opportunity to extend their learning in a pull-out program with a gifted education specialist.

Hoffmann Elementary offers
· An enrichment and multi-disciplinary program designed to extend beyond regular classroom instruction, through exploration and research in the areas of language arts, math, science, social studies and computer science. · Global objectives, focusing on research skills, higher level thinking skills are carried out through thematic curriculum taught over an extended period of time.
· A time for gifted kids to be surrounded by like-minded peers.
· The use of the latest technology to enhance class projects and independent study.
